Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Course: Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 banana; fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango; fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple; fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp ground tumeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger or root
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Notes

  • use either frozen or fresh fruits, if using 2 out of 3 fresh I would add a 3-4 ice cubes to get it a thicker smoothie
  • these are rough measurements, I always just eyeball it on what looks like a good amount
