Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

banana; fresh or frozen

mango; fresh or frozen

pineapple; fresh or frozen

coconut water

ground flax seed

ground tumeric

tsp
ground ginger or root

tbsp
shredded coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
use either frozen or fresh fruits, if using 2 out of 3 fresh I would add a 3-4 ice cubes to get it a thicker smoothie
these are rough measurements, I always just eyeball it on what looks like a good amount
